Cancer has become so common that research has proved that nearly half the male population and one third the female population around the world will be diagnosed with cancer during the coming years.
Cancer has now become a dreaded disease and though with the advancement of science and technology the survival rates have greatly increased but then it has not been able to establish the reason for this is that they have yet not been successful to find the reason for the development of cancer in the body though it has been proved that certain reasons do enhance your chances of developing cancer.
One of the most important risk factor that man has no control over is the age factor and studies have proved that the chances of developing is more with age. 60 and 60 plus is the age criteria that have proved nearly half or more than half the population of people in this age group are susceptible to cancer.

Most of the times it has been found that cancer can spread through unhealthy sexual relationship with more than one partner or even through contamination of blood. HIV is one of the most common sexually transmitted disease which is known to help develop cancer especially cancer of the cervical. Drugs in yet another culprit which can lead to cancer as these addicts are known to use the same needle when taking drugs.
Exposure to chemicals can also lead to cancer and those suffering from cancer due to chemical exposure are termed as carcinogens. These are known to alter the DNA cell structure thus increasing your chances of developing cancer. This is due to environmental exposure but though they are also termed as carcinogens these are entirely a different category of cancer sufferers. The level of developing cancer here is mainly to the limit of exposure and the time period of exposure.
Limiting your exposure to such chemicals can help you a long way from not developing cancer though it cannot be totally ruled out. It’s the matter of choice rather than a chance when it comes to the exposure level of chemical exposure. To prevent carcinogens the best method is to limit your exposure to these chemicals if given a choice and if you have knowledge about the risk factors related to that particular chemical and its reaction on human body.
Uranium, titanium and other nuclear reaction chemicals are all reasons for your being susceptible to developing cancer and the best thing is if you cannot avoid it wear appropriate gears to prevent the exposure.
